Recipes
One of the most pleasurable way to spend time is to try the different colors, tastes, textures food can have. I never studied cuisine, I read books but don't follow the recipes to the letter, and developped many recipes that I really like, some of them possibly very strange.
I share here some of my recipes (in french), for those who might be interested.
